In this role you will play a key role in:
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and networking events.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.Stay current on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.YOUR PROFILE
We would love to see a candidate with:
· Prior experience working in Consulting, Technology or a Startup Environment
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
· Experience with the End-to-End recruitment life cycle.
· Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
· Bachelors degree, MBA a plus
