CAPEX Project Manager
Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage CAPEX projects, which may be related to facilities or equipment. The role involves coordinating meetings, developing documents, handling RFQs and RFEs, reviewing contractor specifications and drawings, managing both internal and external resources, and ensuring the successful overall management and coordination of installations. This position requires adherence to SOPs and regulatory compliance within a pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities + Manage CAPEX projects related to facility and equipment. + Coordinate meetings and develop project-related documents. + Handle RFQs and RFEs, and review contractor specifications and drawings. + Manage internal and external resources effectively. + Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory compliance. + Coordinate installation processes for lab equipment such as GC, HPLC, TOC, and air samplers. + Oversee installation of HVAC units for specific cells. + Manage new manufacturing equipment installations, including kettles, scales, and fridges. + Lead upgrades to existing line centers and installation of new fillers. Essential Skills + Experience in project management within a pharmaceutical environment. + Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read drawings. + Certification in CFM or PMP. + Familiarity with managing facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electricians, and journeyman technicians. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience overseeing a team of 10 facilities maintenance technicians. + Ability to engage effectively with internal customers. + Flexibility to adapt to changes and unexpected situations. Work Environment The role operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with flexibility required as situations arise. The work environment is within a pharmaceutical setting, demanding adherence to specific regulations and SOPs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $125.00/hr.
