Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Capex Industrial Project Manager to support our client in the execution of major industrial investment projects (20–50M€) within their manufacturing facilities. You will oversee all phases post-FEL3, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle execution of capital projects in alignment with the client's project methodology (FEL3 through execution).
Ensure safety is integrated into all project phases—design, construction, and commissioning.
Coordinate EPCM and construction contractors; supervise procurement activities.
Track and report progress (safety, quality, cost, schedule) to the client’s Project Steering Committee.
Apply project management best practices, including risk management, change control, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical preferred); PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum 10 years' experience in managing large industrial capex projects.
Strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary and international teams, including third-party contractors.
Proven experience in construction and HSE management within industrial environments.
Familiar with FEL methodology and stage gate processes.
Fluent in English; French is an asset.
Additional Information:
Expected travel up to 50%, potentially higher during construction.
Role involves regular coordination with client teams across Europe.
