Capacity Planning Lead

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a strategic and analytical Global Capacity Planning Lead to join our Global Seed Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring our global production network is optimized to meet current and future business demands. The successful candidate will lead efforts to evaluate, model, and align production capacity across Corteva’s global seed production facilities, ensuring we have the right asset footprint to deliver efficiently and reliably for our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities:Global Capacity Assessment: Analyze and assess current production capacity across Corteva’s global seed production network, identifying constraints, opportunities, and risks.Strategic Footprint Planning: Develop and maintain long-term capacity models to support strategic decisions on asset utilization, capital investments, and network optimization.Scenario Modeling & Forecasting: Partner with regional and global teams to model future demand scenarios and assess the impact on capacity requirements.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Power BI and other analytics tools to visualize capacity data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights for decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams to align capacity planning with business goals.Project Leadership: Lead or support global initiatives related to capacity expansion, consolidation, or transformation.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in capacity planning processes, tools, and governance to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of experience in capacity planning, manufacturing strategy, or supply chain operations, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing sector.Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and supply chain planning software.Experience with global operations and cross-cultural collaboration.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to think strategically while managing complex, data-driven projects.

Preferred Attributes:Knowledge of seed production processes and agricultural supply chains.Experience with digital transformation or smart manufacturing initiatives.Familiarity with Corteva’s operational systems and global footprint.
