Come join us as a Capacity Planner, at our Agilex facility in Somerset, NJ. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of a balanced production plan for our main production site and join our capacity planning team in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Your key responsibilities

 

Create, modify, and manage weekly production schedule for the P&B DivisionConfirm Customer Sales Orders based on desired delivery date and available site capacity.Collaborate with all internal business areas such as quality, maintenance, production to deliver an efficient and attainable production plan.Release PE production plan aligned with the site’s operational capabilities reducing overtime expenses & rework.Diligent inventory management to reduce nonvalue added inventory for Finished Goods Collaborate alongside cross-functional teams enabling a seamless End to End Operation

You bring

 

Bachelor’s in industrial, Systems or Chemical Engineering3+ years’ experience in PlanningSAP proficiency requiredStrong Microsoft Office skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative to find creative solutions to diverse problems.

  

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $75,000 - $85,000.
