Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Canopy Tour Cashier to join our Lake Erie Canopy Tours team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. As a Canopy Tour Cashier you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and managing all transactions accurately and efficiently.

Pay $13.00 - $15.00 / hour

What will you do?Manage booking inquiries and reservations via an online reservation and point-of-sale systemGreet, check-in, and provide the relevant information to tour guests when they arrive at the welcome centerProcess sales with appropriate point-of-sale system, accepts payment, counts change, and bags merchandiseStock retail merchandise and prices and faces items on shelves

More about youPrevious experience using point-of-sale system requiredBasic math skills; ability to accurately handle money and count changeKnowledge of reservation systems and Excel preferredPrevious experience in retail or customer service environment preferredNo high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirementsAbility to bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for an extended period of time
