Canadian Merchandising Program Manager
**DESCRIPTION** Support planning for installation, maintenance, refresh, disposition and in-store reporting of various merchandising elements including fixtures, demos, security and demo software. Create, enforce and report on new processes for merchandising compliance and deployment tracking. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Overall Responsibilities:** Manage planning and communication of in-store merchandising programs including demo units, demo software, fixtures and installation guides. Define tactical requirements and scope for projects, and help to reinforce merchandising best practices from installation, maintenance, refresh, to end-of-life. Maintain relationships with key cross-functional partners through weekly meetings and goal-setting activities. **Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:** + Identify trends in weekly merchandising compliance reports and communicate progress, performance and best practices. + Manage various channel merchandising projects and processes including initial planning, deployment and reporting. + Participate in strategy and goal setting activities to lead 3PR (third-party retail) in-store merchandising excellence. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:** + BA/BS degree in any field or equivalent retail experience of 3 years + 3 years of experience in carrier/consumer electronic channel field merchandising, retail visual merchandising or retail store operations. + Experience working with vendor field teams, and experience with basic merchandising processes (install & maintenance) of in-store fixtures, demo units or demo software. + Experience in Google Workspace (G Suite)/Microsoft Office **Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications (preferred):** + Technical acumen + Project management + Working with cross functional teams **ABOUT US** Premium Retail Services is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
