Responsibilities:
Our Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers to engage and attract students to career opportunities with EY and to plan and deliver recruitment campaigns for EY service lines and geographies.
• Preparing for recruitment events including managing student registrations, coordinating logistics for virtual and face to face events including, setting up log-in links, room bookings, catering, calendar invitations, preparation of event schedules;
• Screening and managing candidate applications throughout the recruitment process using our recruitment system and ensuring high levels of candidate care during the selection stages of recruitment;
• Organising assessment centres, including calling candidates, sending confirmations, and preparing materials;
• Running reports and analysing data;
• Preparing information for contract preparation;
• Assisting with the onboarding process of casuals, interns, and graduates;
• Coordinating logistics and communications for our Early Identification Programs.
