International Risk and Controls sits within International Card Services (ICS) which comprises of all the issuing functions across all 28 international markets excluding the US - colleagues operate across a variety of geographies and disciplines. This exciting internship position will be responsible for actively supporting the International Control Management issuing teams on a wide variety of initiatives to deliver on its business objectives, and for ensuring it is executing effectively against local and central control and compliance expectations.
Training Objectives:
Support the International Control Management issuing teams by performing analysis and monitoring of key Risks, Issues, and Changes Learn how to monitor of Operational Risk control metrics and provide metrics analysis To gain experience in assessing areas of opportunity to increase Control Management efficiency that will lead to (i) enhancing existing processes and/or (ii) eliminating nonvalue added activities Support on key initiatives and projects end to end Support, along with the Control Management issuing teams in the preparation and coordination of presentations, committees, BURs, audits, among othersDesirable Qualifications/Skills & Experience:

Alongside your internship you will be enrolled on programme coordinated by Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE). This programme will allow students to focus on productivity, adaptive management and innovation, to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, collaborating directly on the management and optimization of commercial processes. The student will develop essential skills in project management, data analysis, and negotiation, which are critical for future integration into the labor market.
To enroll in the programme, the candidate must have completed the degree or due to submit the final degree project, or the final degree project plus 9 ECTS max.
