Join us as aReliability EngineerinDordrecht, the Netherlands, where you’ll help shape the future of our facility’s performance by developing strategies that improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. You’ll apply innovative tools and techniques to solve long-term challenges and focus on areas that have historically affected our operations or are identified as high-risk.

Responsibilities
+ Develops and maintains the Facility Reliability Strategy to meet plant Product Supply Reliability (PSR) targets.
+ Designs and optimizes Equipment Reliability Strategies using tools like the Top Opportunity List and Critical Equipment List, aligned with plant and business needs.
+ Leads proactive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) optimization efforts, evaluating their impact through failure analysis and performance metrics.
+ Identifies and resolves top reliability issues to reduce equipment failure losses and achieve annual site improvement goals.
+ Applies reliability engineering principles to enhance Asset Capability (AC) and Asset Maintenance Reliability (AMR), and supports plant health studies and corrective actions.
+ Conducts Root Cause Investigations for unplanned events and provides front-end loading support for Turnarounds.
+ Facilitates the Reliability Team, promotes High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles, and supports coaching and partnership building.
+ Leads the annual maintenance budget process and advises project teams on designing reliability, availability, and maintainability into new systems using GPM work process discipline.
Qualifications
+ A Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Material Science / Metallurgical Engineer.
+ Fluent in English; working proficiency in Dutch with a foundational understanding and willingness to further develop language skills on the job.
+ 0-3 years of work experience to be eligible for a graduate position.

+ Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
