RESPONSIBILITIES Leading the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within allocated budget Leading of communication and alignment with affected units: Crop management, technical team & registration, regions, communication, online-team, loyalty specialistSupporting in developing special promotional activities to reach strategic targets set in the crop strategy and analyzing efficiency and proposes measures for improvement in-season using digital toolsSupporting in developing budget-planning and cost control for the planned measuresManaging campaign implementation and performance against agreed campaign activity and metricsQUALIFICATIONS University degree (business, marketing or agriculture)Min 3 years of work experience in marketing or business in international work environmentPolish fluent and English advancedAdvanced team work competenceDemonstration of customer focus and acting with entrepreneurial driveDrive for innovations and creativity ABOUT USAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
