We’re looking for a senior-level Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey across healthcare professionals (HCP) and healthcare consumers (HCC) — driving engagement, personalization, and conversion across multiple markets.
In this role, you will:
???? Analyze multi-channel customer journeys to identify friction points
???? Create audience segmentation strategies for HCP and HCC
???? Recommend content & channel strategies to boost engagement and conversion
???? Lead quarterly consultations with local markets to optimize campaigns
???? Develop best practices and playbooks for market enablement
What we’re looking for:
✔ 5–7 years in campaign planning & digital strategy (pharma/healthcare preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of HCP/HCC engagement behaviors and funnel mapping
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
✔ Expertise in omnichannel orchestration: email, web, social, events
✔ Data storytelling, stakeholder influence, and workshop facilitation skills
✔ Experience working across multiple markets
