The Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and leading a variety of global campaigns that bring to life the vision and positioning through distinctive creative and comms.
This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager – Creative and Comms and is part of the marketing team located in Cambridge, UK and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Campaign & Project Management – Develop and lead a variety of global campaigns, ensuring campaigns are delivered to agreed timelines, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Content Development - Build content briefs and manage content development alongside the content team to ensure it adheres to brand tone of voice and is of a consistently high standard.
Creative & Asset Development - Build the creative brief and manage creative development with internal teams to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines and is of a consistently high standard. Leads the delivery of campaign comms assets for execution, covering omni channel formats to a high quality.
Work Cross Functionally - Work with the wider marketing team, channel owners and regional commercial teams to execute highly effective campaigns to grow brand preference and drive sales through our digital and in person sales channels.
Campaign Reporting – Set campaign KPIs and track performance, looking for continuous optimizations and improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Educated to degree level
Proven experience in campaign & project management and content development
Strong project management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
Experience working cross functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Occasional travel to other sites and activities
