Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with our brand priorities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer segmentation, content strategy, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive high-value digital initiatives.
Job Description:
Responsible for setting the campaign strategy in-line with brand priorities
Responsible for customer segments/personas & creating a content strategy for each segment/persona
Be the champion of digital campaigns and orchestrate all steps of the campaign setup and implementation together with the relevant stakeholders (BCM, Digital SME, Data Analyst, etc.)
Ensure that campaigns are executed correctly & optimized regularly according to measurement & data analysis
Provide reporting, analysis and strategic recommendations based on insights
Work across local functions, regional team and external parties to identify high value digital opportunities
Lead and drive new initiatives and projects with a test and learn approach and agile mindset
Coordinate MoTF external parties and lead content translation process
Lead medical/legal review with internal parties
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience : 3+ years in marketing or digital marketing, proven experience leading cross-functional campaigns.
Data Analysis: Capable to process and do data analysis with campaign data, for insightful findings.
Language: Fluency in English
