Campaign Manager

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Campaign Manager to join our team. As Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for driving the media planning strategy and execution of the ViX house ads experience within the AVOD platform.  This includes working with the O&O Media Planning team on executing on the main content priorities for the company, as well as any additional support needed on the overall customer experience in the app – including but not limited to upsell pre-rolls, slate management, etc.  Utilizing data and analytics, you will be responsible to optimize performance, shift targeting and ensure the best experience for AVOD users of the ViX app. You will report to the SVP, Creative and Brand Strategy, Streaming.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

Collaborate with the O&O Media Planning team on the ViX priorities, establishing clear tiers of targeting of these within the ViX app, always linking to streaming subscription goalsScheduling of house ads in our platforms, always looking for the best experience for our ViX AVOD userWork with ad ops and trafficking to ensure proper scheduling of house ads, aligned with the overall strategy and tier prioritizationResponsible for identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns, ensuring the execution aligns with the overall marketing strategy, and meeting streaming goalsLeverage data tools & analytics to understand and define audience behavior and utilize insights to inform marketing strategiesAct as point of contact across internal and external partners including Creative, Content, Programming, Operations in executing all aspects of the campaigns, including development and delivery coordination of campaign assetsCreate and manage campaign reporting via the Looker databaseWork closely with management to monitor campaign performance to better optimize campaigns

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

Experience with streaming, television & digital media and/or digital subscription servicesBachelor’s degree requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBilingual in Spanish and EnglishKnowledge in managing promotional campaigns and a proven track record for optimizing campaigns and creating strategic media plansStrong analytical background and demonstrated experience managing campaign metrics, evaluating and reporting performance insights to leadershipKnowledge and expertise in ad ops and trafficking tools like Operative One and Jira a plus
