Campaign Manager, Salesforce / RJIM
**Job Summary:** The Campaign Manager leads strategic marketing efforts to drive lead generation and client engagement across intermediary and institutional channels. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the role builds and executes multi-channel campaigns that support a wide range of investment products and strategies, including advisor engagement and thought leadership. This position works cross-functionally to translate business goals into targeted, results-driven campaigns that advance firm growth and deepen client relationships. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns to generate leads and nurture clients using Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies. + Build and manage campaigns across a range of investment products and strategies, tailoring messaging to drive engagement and support business growth. + Collaborate with sales and data teams to translate business goals into targeted marketing campaigns using Salesforce Journey Builder—developing client audiences, driving engagement and scoring, and progressing prospects through the funnel. + Lead campaign initiatives for product launches, coordinating messaging, timing, and delivery across channels to maximize visibility and impact. + Design and execute advisor engagement campaigns, supporting relationship-building, education, and sales enablement efforts. + Establish campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and inform future strategy. + Coordinate campaign execution across channels, including email, web, social, and paid media, ensuring consistency and timely delivery. + Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud onboarding, contributing to process development, documentation, and internal enablement. + Partner with creative, content, and digital teams to align messaging, visuals, and delivery formats with campaign goals. + Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all campaign materials and touchpoints. **Education and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field and a minimum five (5) years of professional experience in campaign management within an asset management, financial services, or related industry preferred. + **OR** + Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
