**What you’ll be doing**
The Campaign Auditor (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud) is a critical role responsible for rigorous validation, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) of multiple customer journeys. As a member of the Digital & Direct Executions team within CIBC’s Marketing organization, you will ensure that every campaign meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This position requires an exceptional eye for detail, a strong process orientation, curiosity and a passion for upholding quality at every stage.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Audit Leadership and Process Adherence** : Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of audits for US and Canadian email campaigns. Ensure all campaign activities strictly follow established processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Proactively identify opportunities to improve audit procedures and drive consistency across all campaign audits.
+ **Proactive Problem Solving** : Monitor the client reply to mailbox for potential issues, conduct regular analyses to identify recurring customer complaints and technical issues, and ensure timely resolution. Use insights from feedback to drive improvements in campaign performance and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Track identified problems during audit for broader knowledge sharing.
+ **Collaboration and Culture** : Foster a positive, purpose-driven work culture by working closely with cross-functional teams, sharing best practices, and supporting campaign developers. Demonstrate a commitment to process discipline, team values, and client commitments.
+ **Extreme Attention to Detail & Curiosity** : Scrutinize every aspect of campaign execution, from data accuracy to naming conventions and documentation. Ensure all deliverables are meticulously reviewed, organized, and compliant with internal and external standards. Be curious about all aspects related to the campaign and open to learning new things all the time.
+ **Audit & Validation** : Lead comprehensive audits of email and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, ensuring every element is meticulously validated and compliant with internal and external standards.
+ **Quality Assurance Leadership** : Own the QA/QC process for all campaign artifacts (Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Segments, Activations, Calculated Insights, Emails and Cloud Pages), proactively identifying and resolving defects, inconsistencies, or process gaps.
+ **Process Excellence & Adherence** : Develop, document, and enforce robust audit and QA processes. Ensure strict adherence to all established procedures, and champion process standardization and continuous improvement across campaign execution.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement** : Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate findings, and ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
+ **Compliance & Best Practices** : Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, maintaining comprehensive audit trails and supporting internal/external audits as needed.
+ **Defect Analysis & Reporting** : Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, and errors, providing clear recommendations for corrective actions and process enhancements.
+ **Continuous Process Monitoring** : Monitor campaign processes in real time, track issues, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
+ **Operational Excellence** : Enforce disciplined housekeeping and reporting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, capturing key metrics, and ensuring all campaign processes are followed precisely.
+ **Troubleshooting & Support** : Provide expert troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly, ensuring the lead generation cycle remains uninterrupted and client needs are met promptly.
**Who you are**
+ **Educational Background** : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
+ **Segmentation Tool Expertise** : Demonstrated experience with Unica or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, SQL) - Preferrable or other Campaign execution tools; knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud is an asset.
+ **Campaign Execution or Audit & QA Experience** : Track record in campaign execution, audit, and quality assurance, with a history of delivering defect-free, high-quality work.
+ **Process-Oriented** : Strong process management skills, with the ability to develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures.
+ **Detail-Obsessed** : Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen ability to spot and address even minor discrepancies.
+ **Analytical & Data-Driven** : Skilled at investigating complex problems, analyzing data, and communicating insights effectively.
+ **Time Management** : Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
