Supports Campaign & Marketing Managers in multiple regions with email campaigns using either a straightforward approach or a holistic approach depending on the needs of the business. Handles the creation and activation of assets in Eloqua. Monitors the overall campaign performance to provide insights to business partners and to continuously improve customer experience. Helps build an optimized email campaign journey for customers and achieve targets through technical expertise and application of best practices.
Accountabilities:
Design and Implement Email Campaigns: Develop comprehensive email customer journeys and manage end-to-end campaign execution.Campaign Activation: Ensure timely activation of campaign canvases tailored to customer lifecycles.Email Creation: Utilize prescribed templates and marketing content to create standard emails.Quality Assurance: Conduct internal testing and quality checks to ensure adherence to standard guidelines.Performance Reporting: Generate and present post-campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations.Calendar Management: Oversee campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance with turnaround times.Team Collaboration: Participate in team initiatives, including process mapping and knowledge sharing sessions.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree holderSkills: Strong stakeholder and project management skills.Experience: 1-2 years in digital and campaign management; HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.Customer Lifecycle Understanding: Good grasp of customer life cycles.Planning: Experience in creating marketing plans or email comms calendars is advantageous.Adaptability: Demonstrable agility in adapting to process improvements and structural changes.Initiative: Strong ability to identify and initiate process improvements.Passion: Enthusiasm for developing projects and understanding marketing automation.Team Player: Friendly attitude and collaborative spirit.Communication: Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.Attention to Detail: High level of detail orientation and self-direction.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts based on business needs.We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
