Hours: Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: 2685 Patton Rd. Roseville, MN 55113

       Primary Responsibilities:

Enter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member/patient dataContact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices as a liaison for the pharmacy teamCommunicate clearly and concisely via phone and electronic methods to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providersContact patients to complete refill assessments, request payment information, establish delivery details, and set up treatment in the Ambulatory Infusion Suite and/or other outpatient facilitiesAccess, input, and retrieve prescriptions and medical/lab information from computer systemVerify whether medication is reimbursable and resolve rejected claimsProcess prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapiesResolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is providedAble to multitask and channel communication from various business partners, driving patient centric quality careFollow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethics

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy TechnicianActive and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of MinnesotaIntermediate level of proficiency with Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applicationsAbility to work onsite at 2685 Patton Rd. Roseville, MN 55113, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pmAbility to stand, walk, and lift to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)Previous Home Infusion experiencePharmacy/prescription data entry experienceAbility to work independently and as a teamSelf-directed

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
