Call Centre Agent (Customer Service) Mr Price Money

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll assist customers with queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and webchat. You’ll resolve issues related to billing, SIM cards, and products—providing fast, friendly, and accurate support. 
 

Grade 12 (Matric) 1 year or more experience in a call centre customer support role Computer literate Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA) Basic understanding of retail accounts process.  Respond to customer queries across multiple channels. Log and update customer information accurately. Resolve account and product issues quickly and professionally. Ensure all interactions meet company service standards. Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution. Work within set timeframes and quality guidelines. Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with customers and colleagues. Keep learning and improving your product knowledge
