Call Center Specialist
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound communications to assist exhibitors with their inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a seamless experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound communications to address exhibitor inquiries and resolve issues. • Provide expert advice to exhibitors on available services, budget management, and event preparation. • Conduct proactive outreach to ensure exhibitors are prepared and help them avoid potential challenges. • Support onsite teams by uploading reports and managing data in Salesforce. • Participate in call programs and follow-up campaigns related to unpaid balances. • Assist customers with troubleshooting, online ordering processes, and navigation of online platforms. • Accurately input customer information, order details, and payment records into Salesforce and other systems. • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, even with limited information, while maintaining professionalism and empathy. • Communicate complex product and service details in a clear and customer-friendly manner. • Continuously seek feedback to enhance customer interactions and improve personal performance. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Strong ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as Salesforce. • Proficiency in handling email correspondence and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Basic office skills, including data entry and record management. • Ability to guide customers through troubleshooting and online processes. • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
