Call Center Specialist

Key Responsibilities + Deliver exceptional member service via phone and email. + Assist members with inquiries related to financial products and services, ensuring their financial objectives are met. + Process forms for payroll requests, loans, account changes, and closures. + Achieve or exceed individual and team sales and service objectives. + Proactively cross-sell products and services to meet member needs. + Foster strong member relationships through active listening and effective communication. + Resolve account-related issues, including fees, overdrafts, and fund transfers. + Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. + Stay updated on relevant federal, state, and local banking regulations. + Complete mandatory compliance training, including BSA requirements. + Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain proficiency in financial services. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1-2 years of experience in customer service. + Financial services or sales experience. + 1-2 years in telephone-based customer support roles. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and email platforms. + Fluency in Spanish is a plus. + Familiarity with financial services delivery, loan policies, and deposit account management. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Proficiency in problem-solving, minor math calculations, and data analysis. + Expertise in using smartphones, tablets, and Android devices.
