Description
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our fast-paced. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills and a customer-first mindset to handle high-volume inbound calls and provide outstanding service. As a Contract position, this opportunity offers a pathway to long-term employment for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries from both customers and technicians.
• Create and input work orders into the internal system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Close completed work orders and verify all necessary information is correct.
• Coordinate and assign daily work orders to technicians after dispatch schedules are finalized.
• Adjust technician queues by removing or rescheduling calls as required.
• Investigate machine history to assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Provide remote support and guidance to field technicians through effective communication.
• Liaise with the sales and installation teams to resolve service-related issues.
• Process refunds using various payment platforms and systems.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Strong multitasking capabilities, especially in high-volume situations.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively de-escalate conflicts.
• Familiarity with customer service software and basic office tools.
• Knowledge of Ethernet and inbound call center operations is a plus. TalentMatch®
