Call Center Service Representative

We have an outstanding Contract position for aCall Center Service Representativeto join a leading Company located in theHouston, TXsurrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Responsibilities :
+ Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support.
+ Provide liaison support between customers.
+ Coordinate with other departments.
+ Perform the returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.
+ Use of the Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generation.
+ Receive product orders and process them for shipment.
+ Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
+ Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ High School diploma or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
+ Must have reliable transportation.
