Required QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience2+ years in customer service or salesTechnical SkillsProficiency with computers and software applicationsKnowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshootingSkills & AbilitiesStrong English communication skillsAbility to prioritize, organize, and multitaskSales skills: needs analysis, objection handling, pitching, closingCustomer complaint resolution while managing back-to-back callsPreferred QualificationsConfidentiality and problem-solving under pressureKnowledge of cable/telephony industry and servicesFamiliarity with residential product details
