Call Center Representative PM - Temporary - Transportation (3 Positions)

Hours: 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm (5 hours per day, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
Temporary Assignment Dates: August 30, 2025–September 20, 2025
Duties of Assignment : Triage calls, resolve concerns, answer questions and assist families with transportation matters including but not limited to procedure clarification, alternate stop requests, routing/bus numbers etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Customer service skills, organization, attention to detail and solution - oriented perspective.
