Call Center Representative - Part Time

**Description:**
Part Time - Looking for an applicant that has open availability.
Business hours are 7 days a week from 5:30am - 7pm.
Opportunity to work from home one day a week once fully trained.
**POSITION PURPOSE**
+ Under the supervision of the Nutritional Services Patient Services Coordinator. Facilitates patients’ food requests using the computer system. Processes paperwork for area per established procedures.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Remains professional and follows through with patient, nurse, RD or Coordinator for all phone calls as needed
+ Reviews patient listing, checks special services, diet orders, LDA’s and preferences; makes adjustments to patients’ files as needed
+ Generates meal tallies and maintenance reports as needed
+ Processes Epic printouts; follows through on all tray requests, supplemental orders, allergies and diet changes and makes appropriate adjustments to patients’ files
+ Enters the tube feeding order from Epic into Hospitality Suite accurately, sends correct products with labels attached appropriately
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Excellent written and interpersonal skills
+ Word processing skills
**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**
+ Sedentary work, repetitive motion of hands, fingers and wrist
Pay Range: $17.25 - $25.00
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
