**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** Rotating Shift **Description:** Part Time - Looking for an applicant that has open availability. Business hours are 7 days a week from 5:30am - 7pm. Opportunity to work from home one day a week once fully trained. **POSITION PURPOSE** + Under the supervision of the Nutritional Services Patient Services Coordinator. Facilitates patients’ food requests using the computer system. Processes paperwork for area per established procedures. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** + Remains professional and follows through with patient, nurse, RD or Coordinator for all phone calls as needed + Reviews patient listing, checks special services, diet orders, LDA’s and preferences; makes adjustments to patients’ files as needed + Generates meal tallies and maintenance reports as needed + Processes Epic printouts; follows through on all tray requests, supplemental orders, allergies and diet changes and makes appropriate adjustments to patients’ files + Enters the tube feeding order from Epic into Hospitality Suite accurately, sends correct products with labels attached appropriately **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Excellent written and interpersonal skills + Word processing skills **PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS** + Sedentary work, repetitive motion of hands, fingers and wrist Pay Range: $17.25 - $25.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
