What You'll Do:
\n \n \nEfficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
\n \n \nProvide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries related to their accounts.
\n \n \nIdentify client needs and recommend solutions when fraud has been identified using comprehensive training, customer records, and our knowledge management systems.
\n \n \nAnalyze potential fraud and suspicious activity by monitoring card alerts and fraud prevention reports.
\n \n \nProcess disputes and fraud claims in line with client policies and guidelines.
\n \n \nEscalate issues to the appropriate channels when a risk review, exception handling, or further analysis is needed.
\n \n \nLog cases in the database, documenting actions taken and conversations with customers for accuracy.
\n \n\n\n \nMaintain confidentiality by ensuring information is shared only with authorized individuals in compliance with legal requirements.
\n \n \nCommunicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
\n \n \nSupport team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.
\n\n \n \n

Requirements:
\n \n \nMust be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
\n \n \nMust have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, Dispatch experience or a combination of these experiences.
\n \n \nProficient in English.
\n \n \nComplete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
\n \n \nReside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
\n \n \n\n \n \n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n \n \n6 months of experience in the banking/financial industry.
\n \n \n\n \n \n
