Description We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Middle River, Maryland. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience working in an inbound call center. • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer service with superb verbal communication skills and overall professionalism • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude and efficiency in customer interactions. • Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute. • Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications. • Strong multitasking capabilities to manage calls and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
