Responsibilties:
- Answer inbound phone calls from patients and answer questions surrounding claims and insurance converage
- Receive calls from pharmacies and physicians to answer questions
- Assist patients with reimbursements
- Maintain detailed documentation of all conversations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of healthcare or call center experience
- Computer proficiency incluing Microsoft Suite
