Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am)Responsible for receiving telephone calls and e-mails from customers, answering customer inquiries, problem-solving with customers, and entering data into the customer relationship center database.Serve as initial customer contact for issues within the organization.Problem-solve with a goal of first contact resolution. . Input accurate customer data into the customer relationship database while speaking on the phone. . Keep managers and supervisors updated on consumer concerns and trends in product complaintsCall Center Representative Qualifications:
MUST have 2 years experience working in a call center roll.Maintain composure and stable performance in high-stress situations Take on additional duties to support continuous improvementMust be able to perform all essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodationApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
