Key Responsibilities + Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. + Effectively handle multiple phone lines simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy during all customer interactions. + Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and documented appropriately. + Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM systems. + Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and company procedures to better assist customers. + Balance multiple tasks effectively, such as answering calls, providing solutions, and documenting cases without compromising service quality. + Stay organized by prioritizing tasks, managing workflows, and maintaining detailed, accurate records of interactions. + Meet performance goals, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. + Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve processes and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. + Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related roles. + Ability to manage multiple phone lines while multitasking in a high-pressure environment. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. + Proficiency in computer systems, CRM platforms, and basic office software. + Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
