Responsibilities:
Answer high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner
Schedule service appointments, deliveries, and follow-ups
Scheduling and troubleshooting for Technicians out in the field.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to appliances and electronics
Maintain detailed and accurate records through data entry
Communicate via email and internal messaging systems with customers and other departments
Provide product information, warranty details, and troubleshooting support
Follow up on open issues to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
Work towards continuous improvement with our virtual processes and procedure

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
Awareness and knowledge regarding programming and some coding with highly functioning computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of call center experience is required
Experience in appliance or electronics retail/service industry is a plus
Strong communication skills ??? both verbal and written
Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
