About the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA):
IDOA centrally manages activities relating to state purchasing, vehicle fleet, state travel, real estate leases, property disposition, and the Government Center Campus. We assist in reducing government costs while providing effective solutions and exceptional service to state agencies.
Role Overview:
The Call Center Coordinator oversees call center operations to ensure efficient and effective customer service. You will answer phones, monitor chats, and respond to emails. IDOA maintians a positive and productive workplace where we seek to answer customer inquires with accurate and friendly guidance.
Salary:
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $34,216 but may be commensurate with education and job experience.

A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are:
+ Compile information relative to the assigned program area.
+ Coordinate correspondence for information requests.
+ Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
+ Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services.
+ Maintain and organize program assets.
+ Prepare all program related training materials.

What You'll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
+ General knowledge of the program area.
+ Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its affects upon other agency operations.
+ Ability to gather and compile program materials.
+ Ability to communicate effectively.
+ Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process.
+ Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public.
+ Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
+ Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:
This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
