This position is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork. After six months of collaboration and training on-site, the role transitions to a hybrid work schedule for added flexibility. Key Responsibilities + Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing first-class customer service and support with professionalism and empathy + Assess client needs and resolve issues, ensuring all concerns are addressed effectively and thoroughly + Navigate customer accounts and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems + Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth processes for client interactions, including escalations or follow-ups. + Provide product or service information and demonstrate knowledge to assist customers with inquiries. + Identify opportunities for improving workflows and customer satisfaction while contributing insights to enhance service delivery Requirements + Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach. + Previous experience in a call center role or similar position is preferred. + Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). + Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. + Detail-oriented and organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. + Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver better outcomes for customers.
