Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound sales calls, assisting customers with information on services and products. + Support customers by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and providing product explanations. + Accurately enter customer information and ensure appointments are set effectively. + Resolve customer issues by leveraging problem-solving abilities and product knowledge. Working Conditions: + Typical office or call center environment. + Light physical effort, including handling objects up to 10 pounds. + Use of a personal computer, telephone, fax, and copy machines. Requirements + Must pass a successful background check. + Practice professional phone etiquette. + Maintain regular and reliable attendance. + Meet all key performance indicator standards. + Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. + Flexibility in work days and hours is essential as our call center operates seven days a week.
