Opportunity Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Calibration Development Engineering Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of calibration algorithms for all family of instruments in SOC test systems. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of test equipment used in product validation and manufacturing environments. Leadership & Strategy + Lead a team of calibration engineers (HW/SW) in developing and executing calibration plans for digital, DC and AC/RF instruments. + Define and implement calibration strategies aligned with instrument targets & industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST). + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HW, SW, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure calibration processes support product and system requirements. Technical Development + Design and develop automated calibration Algorithms. + Oversee the integration of calibration routines into IG-XL software and the Maintenance environment in C#. + Continuously improve calibration workflows to enhance accuracy, reduce downtime, and increase throughput. + Analyze calibration data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. + Implement predictive maintenance and statistical process control (SPC) techniques. Team Development + Mentor and develop engineering staff through training, performance reviews, and career development planning. + Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. All About You + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, With strong background in SW development. + 10+ years of experience in HW/SW engineering development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. + Strong understanding of automated test systems, instrumentation, and calibration methodologies. + Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python. + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Experience with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environments. + Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and Six Sigma methodologies. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $195,000-$312,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
