Key Accountabilities + Present vehicle calibration and establish vehicle calibration Plan + Execute High-MU and Low-MU calibration of AWD + Ensure customer deliverables and timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization + Work with BW Engineering groups to ensure products conform to requirements + Participate in customer product design team meetings + Maintain customer action items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are met + Support system specification based on customer requirements + Track open issues and resolve + Demonstrate new technology + Communicate additional needs as required Qualifications & Requirements + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (Electrical and /or Vehicle Engineering preferred) + Minimum of 5 years related calibration experience (required) , familiar with High-MU and Low-MU, off-road. + Knowledge on vehicle dynamics control (preferred) + Experience working with Vector CAN tools, CANanlyzer/CANoe/CANape (required) + At least 5 years driving experience, excellent driving skills + Experience of working with customers (required) + Excellent interpersonal skills (required) + Excellent negotiation skills (required) + Excellent English skills (required) Key Competencies + Functional skills + Problem solving + Interpersonal savvy + Communication + Drive for result Internal Use Only: Salary Global Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
