Key Accountabilities

Present vehicle calibration and establish vehicle calibration PlanExecute High-MU and Low-MU calibration of AWDEnsure customer deliverables and timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organizationWork with BW Engineering groups to ensure products conform to requirementsParticipate in customer product design team meetingsMaintain customer action items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are metSupport system specification based on customer requirementsTrack open issues and resolveDemonstrate new technologyCommunicate additional needs as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (Electrical and /or Vehicle Engineering preferred)Minimum of 5 years related calibration experience (required) , familiar with High-MU and Low-MU, off-road.Knowledge on vehicle dynamics control (preferred)Experience working with Vector CAN tools, CANanlyzer/CANoe/CANape (required)At least 5 years driving experience, excellent driving skillsExperience of working with customers (required)Excellent interpersonal skills (required)Excellent negotiation skills (required)Excellent English skills (required)
