Responsibilities
The Nugget Markets Kitchen cake decorators will be responsible for preparing a high volume of fresh, beautiful, high-quality cakes and desserts that will be delivered to our stores. The duties include applying finishing work to cakes; mixing creams, sauces, fillings and icings; and supporting the production bakery in producing an abundance of products consistently at a high rate of speed all while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
QualificationsYou should meet the following requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to read and write in EnglishAn eye for color, texture and design with an attention to detailExperience in a retail/production environment producing a large number of cakes/dessertsAbility to work at a fast pace while staying focused on completing individual tasksBasic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate, read and write basic instructions, schedules and signageA positive attitude is essential!Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not requiredOur hiring team will reach out via text or email once we’ve reviewed your application.
