What will you do?Lead and supervise team, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance developmentParticipate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and proceduresInvestigate and resolve customer complaints and issuesAssist in the preparation of daily and weekly reportsMonitor inventory supplies for cage operationsMaintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicableMonitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as neededMaintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary
More about youMinimum of 1 year supervisory experience.Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vaultSuperior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high volume environment requiredBasic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office requiredMust be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseNo college degree required
Physical requirementsAbility to lift 30 lbs occasionallyMust be able to bend and life occasionally, stand for long periods of timeGaming environment, environment may be smoky with moderate-to-high noise levels
