\nAbout the Role
\nAs a Customer Experience Associate III, you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.
\nAs a Fraud Investigation Services Associate III, you will be responsible for:
\n\n Conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities by analyzing financial records, transaction data, and other relevant documentation. \n Collaborating with internal and external teams to gather evidence and build cases against individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activities. \n Preparing detailed reports documenting findings, including evidence gathered, analysis conducted, and recommendations for further action. \n Staying up to date with the latest fraud detection techniques, tools, and regulations to continuously improve investigation processes and prevent future occurrences of fraud. \n\nRequirements
\nTo be successful in this role you will:
\n\n Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or similar environment.\n Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education. \n Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify irregularities or discrepancies. \n Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and collaborate with colleagues or others. \n Prior experience in fraud investigation, or a related field is preferred, but not required. \n Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \n Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. \n Be able to submit a background check. \n\nWorking with us
