Minimum Qualifications: + High School Diploma or four (4) years of experience in the care and supervision of children. + Ability to maintain composure in a busy environment + Commitment to reliability and punctuality. + Must enjoy working with elementary school aged children. + Able to walk and stand for approximately 2 hours. Qualifications Desired: + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Familiar with and/or can support positive behavioral interventions and support procedures for the cafeteria.
