Duties include:

● Preparing and serving quality breakfast and lunch items from a flat top grill
● Following food safety, cleaning, and sanitation protocols
● Maintaining café equipment, workstations, and inventory supplies
● Providing excellent customer service in a team-driven environment
● Assisting with inventory, temperature logs, and cross-training in other areas

Requirements:

● Previous kitchen experience
● Strong cooking skills, flat top grill experience a plus
● Must attend ServeSafe class
