We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our F&B team and ensure the smooth operation of our Verdana Village location in Estero, Florida. Essential Duties:
• Oversee daily operations of the cafe.
• Manage and train staff to uphold Troons service standards.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Implement and enforce cafe policies and procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Support the Club Manager in scheduling staff shifts.
• Lead regular staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Address any operational issues promptly.
• Support the Club Manager in achieving business goals.
• Foster and develop strong customer relationships.
• Manage the cafe’s financial performance.
