The Role:
The selected candidate will work as an integral member within the Cadillac Sales Operations / Retail Planning team by functioning as the project lead for Cadillac’s Ultimate Playbook software tool and by supporting analytics for Cadillac. Ultimate Playbook revolutionizes District Sales Manager dealer consultations by equipping and empowering them with a world-class solution that drives growth and profitability to improve performance for Cadillac and our dealer network.
Provide support for retail-related items including new and used car incentives, production, sales and distribution. Develop analytical solutions to improve business results. Assist with the alignment of Cadillac business and data functions to maximize effectiveness, drive efficiency and provide innovative tools and solutions to large data sets.

What You’ll Do:
Function as Cadillac’s SME for Ultimate PlaybookSupport Cadillac’s retail and sales operations by providing analytical insights related to new and used vehicle sales, incentives, inventory, production, and distributionTranslate retail business needs into software features and enhancementsCoordinate between Cadillac HQ, the Cadillac field team, GM IT, vendor partners, and other GM brandsLead Ultimate Playbook development and enhancement efforts with an understanding of the full software development cycle (SDLC)Query and validate large datasets using Databricks and SQLManage content across Ultimate Playbook using Strapi CMS, including:Configuring and maintaining presentation templates with conditional formatting based on user inputs or data triggersCreating and updating featured content and performance plays to ensure relevance and accuracySupporting custom report creation workflows by enabling user-friendly content configuration and data integrationProvide training and onboarding for new Cadillac team membersLead regular office hours and assist with user troubleshootingTrack user analytics and tool adoption metricsDeliver key analytics to support Cadillac sales and retail strategySupport potential cross-brand expansion of Ultimate Playbook within GM by:Engaging with other GM brand teams to understand their field and retail needsCollaborating with GM IT to assess feasibility of cross-branded solutionsContributing to long-term planning for scalable platform growth
