**Job Description**
This is a hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
The Cadillac/Buick/GMC Brand manager works to build a strategy to create a lasting impression among consumers and improve product sales and market share through improved brand loyalty and brand perception. They may assist with the development and implementation of the marketing strategy as it aligns with company objectives.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO:**
+ Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across global markets.
+ Ensure campaigns align with the brand’s global positioning and business objectives
+ Leverage local market automotive data and analysis to identify trends, working with in-market teams to implement appropriate advertising tactics to best reach targets
+ Utilize tools to generate actionable insights to refine advertising strategies and messaging that appeal to specific customer bases
+ Work closely with diverse in-market teams, product and performance marketing, ad agencies, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and effective advertising approaches
+ Ensure that all advertising efforts for assigned categories maintain brand integrity and consistency across different regions and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and tone
+ Develop and manage global advertising resources, ensuring efficient allocation across markets and channels
+ Global advertising advocate that champions the needs of the regions, socializes best practices and monitors ROAI
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automotive advertising, introduce innovative approaches to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry
+ Provide leadership and guidance to regional advertising teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
**Additional Job Description**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
+ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in branding/marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a global or regional role within the luxury industry or a similarly dynamic industry
+ Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-market advertising campaigns
+ Strong understanding of both digital and traditional advertising channels
+ Prior leadership experience, effective communicator, and strong project management skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
+ Experience in cross-cultural communication and a strong understanding of global market nuances.
+ This position requires the ability to legally operate motor vehicle on a regular basis
