Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter with expertise in AutoCAD and Rhino to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models to support architectural, engineering, or product design projects. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of design principles to produce high-quality deliverables that meet project specifications and industry standards.
ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed technical drawings and 3D models for various design projects.Ensure all deliverables meet project specifications and industry standards.Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements.Utilize AutoCAD for 2D drafting and Rhino for 3D modeling and parametric design.Maintain a strong understanding of technical drawing standards and GD&T.Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing.Expertise in Rhino for 3D modeling and parametric design.Technical degree in Drafting, AutoCAD, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a CAD Drafter.Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with additional design software such as Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of construction processes, materials, or manufacturing techniques.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Effective communication skills with project stakeholders.Time management skills to meet project deadlines.Work Environment
The CAD Drafter will work in a collaborative team environment that values creativity and precision. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
