We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality part and assembly drawings, programming for fabrication equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001 environment.

Key Responsibilities:Create detailed part and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorksNest and sequence parts for flat laser and router processing using SigmanestGenerate programs for multi-axis press brakes using TruBendMaintain and update drawings through the revision change process and drawing control systemAssist in preparing time and material estimates for projects and quotesContribute to continuous improvement efforts within a Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001 frameworkWork independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines and quality standardsRequired Qualifications:Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawingsFamiliarity with metal processing and fabrication technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication abilitiesSelf-motivated with a strong interest in metals processingProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Experience with 3D modeling and nesting softwareProgramming experience with multi-axis machinesUnderstanding of laser cutting technologyFamiliarity with press brake forming and flat layout developmentPrior experience in a Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001 environmentWhy Join Us?Work in a collaborative and innovative environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentBe part of a team that values quality, precision, and continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $38.46/hr.
