Job Description:
The CAD/CAM Integration Engineer is responsible for the integration of products into digital workflows and for the related customer experience in front-end software. Key responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of catalogs and libraries of our products in supported softwares, ensuring the safety, performance and quality of deliverables, and efficient execution of NPI projects. The CAD/CAM Integration Engineer is also responsible for identifying innovative solutions and completing feasibility assessments for potential future solutions.
Accountabilities:
Lead the product-integration activities and related Design Control processes in collaboration with the project team and its interface with the overall project timelineSupport the commercial roll out process of the software releases and their related product catalogsManage risk management and design history files for the software productsProduct follow-up:
Manage Alpha/beta tests from a point of view of technical suitability and root cause analysis of the findings
Contribute in root cause analysis of 2nd level support cases and field complaintsFacilitate the knowledge dissemination of our products and solutionsSupport the quality team with audits and management of CAPA activitiesManage change process for released software products and the related libraries and product catalogs.Act as a coordinator for providing technical support for the software and the related NobelProcera and Inlab solutions to the different teams (e.g. CAM, Operations, support, SW development)Support NPI project teams in the various Design Control processes, and support the commercial roll out process of the software releases and their related product catalogs.Manage the (pre)validation process of the software projects including software and related catalogs validation as well as software integration and system validation.Facilitate the knowledge dissemination of our products and solutions and follow up on released productsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver results.
